Rehana is a specialist litigator that has over 10 years experience in dispute resolution. She trained in a niche Commercial and Intellectual Property firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2014. She has extensive experience on a very broad range of financial claims, ranging from debt collection, a mixture of small claims, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, through to higher value commercial, property and boundary disputes. She also has a firm grounding in employment disputes and has particular proficiency in settlement agreements and can easily guide you through the most complex legal jargon in a coherent and concise manner.
Rehana is an empathetic and friendly litigator, whose client's best interests are truly paramount to the work she undertakes. Having successfully settled several contentious probate matters including Inheritance Act 1975 claims for both claimants and defendants, she fully appreciates the particular sensitivities and complexities of such disputes.
