Mandy has over 20 years’ experience in the legal field., but her career did not start out in law, but in the world of banking, but it was not long until her passion for the law came calling and she took an access course at college which then took Mandy on to study business law at Bournemouth University. A LLB Hons degree was followed by the College of Law Chester where she obtained her Legal Practice diploma.
With a legal career starting in a top 500 Legal firm in Southampton Mandy’s career and has taken her along the south coast where she became head of the private client dept and also a partner in two legal firms. During her legal career Mandy also studied and obtained her TEP qualification and become a member of STEP, which places her as one of the most senior and experiences practitioners in the field of trust and estates in the UK.
A self-proclaimed paperwork nerd, Mandy loves sorting out paperwork and doing estate accounts. Mandy’s ethos is One Life Live It and so enjoys doing the jobs most people don’t like to so, and to do them well, so people have peace of mind. Mandy makes any process as stress free as possible and being empathetic, supports her clients every step of the way, by having a shoulder to cry on or hand to hold.
As a past president of Bishops’ Waltham Rotary Club, Mandy’s time is taken up with local charities and community projects. Mandy also enjoys gardening, taking photos of wildlife and spending time with her family and dogs.
