David was born in Brighton and schooled at Brighton College and is a dual qualified lawyer.
Originally David obtained a degree in Building Surveying from the University of Reading. After working as a surveyor in London he then went on to study law, obtaining his PGDL from the University of Sussex, and PGDLP from the College of Law in Guildford. David was trained in a top 100 UK law firm before being admitted to the roll in 2002.
In 2011 David obtained his qualification as an accredited Commercial Mediator from the Clerksroom Mediation Centre in Fleet Street, London.
After working his way up through various private practices in London and Brighton & Hove, David had established a significant following of high-net-worth investor clients. He then set up his own commercial law firm in 2012.
After 6 years of successful growth and expansion, David sold the firm and moved with his family to Gibraltar to take up position as the General Counsel and Legal Director within an international group of Companies with headquarters in Gibraltar. With operations in multiple industry sectors including real estate, construction & development, marinas, and food & beverage, David has overseen business projects in numerous jurisdictions including Gibraltar, the UK, Spain, and the US.
In 2019 David passed the Gibraltar conversion examination in order to also allow his admission to the roll of solicitors in Gibraltar.
David has now turned his attention back to private practise where he continues to act for commercial clients with a real estate portfolio.
