We are delighted to let you know that the host of the February lunch is EMW Law with a special guest speaker from Friends of Sussex Hospices.
Set Menu:
Starter
- Cajun chicken, cucumber, garlic mayo, tomato, red onion and micro rocket salad
Main
- Salmon, with bacon, silver skin onions, mushrooms, fish veloute, roast gem, parsley with fondant potato
Dessert
- Orange tart, Jaffa cake gelato, white chocolate sauce and raspberry powder
Vegetarian/vegan menu:
Starter
- Salad, spiced butternut, caramelized apple, pinenut and Brighton Blue cheese with green olive vierge
Main
- Curry, Yellow Thai vegetable, jasmine rice balls, coriander, coconut and lime yogurt
Dessert
- Orange tart, Jaffa cake gelato, white chocolate sauce and raspberry powder
Drinks
- 1/2 bottle wine
(other/more drinks may be ordered on the day however these are not included in the below cost and you will be charged extra for them)
