Employment law specialist Annabel Cole joins Cognitive Law

Brighton, 7 December 2016 – Brighton based law firm, Cognitive Law, is pleased to welcome employment law specialist Annabel Cole to their team of solicitors. Annabel’s arrival brings the total to 5 solicitors working with the multi-disciplinary firm.

Although headquartered in Brighton, solicitors working with Cognitive Law do so on a virtual and flexible basis as self-employed consultants. Each solicitor manages their own client base and practice specialism. Through the use of technology solicitors remain connected to each other, enabling them to operate as a cohesive team.

“Cognitive law offers a unique way of agile working that offers the best of both worlds,” says Annabel, “a framework that ensures excellent client service yet with a supportive structure that accommodates modern living.”

Annabel joins Cognitive Law with over 13 years of experience as a solicitor working within the employment law practice area. She provides both contentious and non-contentious employment law advice to clients across the financial services, media, private healthcare and recruitment industries. Annabel specialises in helping clients effectively administer people management systems, addressing both performance management and employee absence.

“Annabel is a fantastic addition to Cognitive Law,” says Lucy Tarrant, solicitor and managing director at Cognitive Law “her expertise in people management systems perfectly complements the employment specialists already working with Cognitive Law. We are thrilled that she is joining us and we look forward to watching her practice grow from strength to strength.”
